After two Cuban editions in 1989 and 1991, this textbook is an updated version published in 2005 in Spain by Dr. Moisés Asís, who has authored and published over a hundred scientific papers and a dozen of books on information science, psychology, Jewish lore, parapsychology and Apitherapy.

Dr. Moisés Asís lives in South Florida, United States, since 1993. He has degrees in Information Science and Law (University of Havana), PhD Honoris Causa in Experimental Hypnosis and MD(MA) by Open International University for Complementary Medicines, as well as Master in Clinical Social Work (Florida International University).
