The Server and the Moderator (Dr. Stefan Stangaciu) are located in Bucharest, Romania.

The Members are located all over the world, including in the following countries:

Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Ecuador, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Switzerland, UK, USA, Uruguay, a.s.o.

Here is how you will communicate with all of us:

1 - You send a message to the List.

2. The Server ask the Moderator if the message is OK (no offensive words, spam related messages, etc.) (read the Net-Etiquette too for more details).

3. The Moderator gives the OK (or denies the access, if necessary)

4. The Server sends automatically, in few minutes, your message to all your colleagues and friends from the List you belong to (English, French, German, Spanish/Portuguese or Romanian Lists).
